Gratin ring set (1,050 yen) Visit for lunch. Enter the store by going down a slightly narrow staircase to the first basement floor where the restaurant is located. The inside of the restaurant seemed calm because it was past the peak time, and we sat down at a table at the back of the store. There are various lunch menus, but the basic is a set of gratin rings, curry rings, and hot Mr./Ms., and I ordered the recommended gratin ring set. For drinks, ask for hot coffee. The set includes a salad, fruit yogurt, and a drink, and the main gratin ring is a hollowed-out piece of bread with plenty of hot gratin. The hollowed-out surface and contents of the bread are toasted, and the buttery flavor matches the crunchy bread, making it simply delicious. The bread practically acts as a lid, and if you take a bite of it in a warm state, the incredibly hot gratin will overflow from the inside, and if you are not careful, you will get burned. The taste is rich in white sauce and cheese, and it goes well with bread. The soaked flavor was unbearable, and I finished eating it while being careful about the heat. The sourness of fruit yogurt gives it a refreshing aftertaste.
