汁なし担々麺大盛り+ご飯
平日夜来店
広島に赴任してから初めての麺屋。
まずはやはり評価が1番高い所にとこちらのお店へ。
広島は汁なし担々麺が有名と広島県民の方に教えてもらったので、あまり食べないジャンルに少し興味が湧く。
店はテーブルとカウンター両方あり、内装は結構綺麗め。
食券を渡して席に座る。
値段設定はかなり安いと思う。
4分程で着丼。
汁なし担々麺をあまり食べた事がないので、見た目はとても新鮮。
食べる前にしっかり混ぜてと説明があったので、よく混ぜて食す。
今回は2辛にしてみたが、そこまで辛くない。
というのも結構美味しい。
ピーナッツの風味もやんわり？とありながら、しっかりと辛味の旨さが出ている。
麺を全て食べ終えた後はご飯を残った汁の中に投入。
全て食べ終えた時に悟った、
白飯投入は汁なし担々麺を楽しむために絶対必要なものだという事を。
これは相当美味しかった。
一粒残さず完食。
ご馳走様でした。
他の汁なし担々麺屋を行くのも楽しみだ。
