こんばんは。
以前、料理研究家の安井レイ子さんから紹介され、汁なし担担麺くにまつ神保町店に行ったのが、2018年の12月。あれから５年強の月日が流れました。
今日はたまたま銀山町で仕事で、帰りの飛行機まで少し時間があるので、折角なので本店に来てみました。本店と言っても2009年創業なので、まだ15年目。
ちなみに広島の汁なし担担麺の発祥は、汁なし担担麺きさく というお店らしく、2002年創業。（ラーメン店としては1999年創業だけど、汁なし担担麺専門店となったのが2002年）
さて今日は
５年前はデフォルトだったので、汁なし担担麺 大盛り２辛730円、温泉玉子60円、ミニライス広島コシヒカリ70g30円 合計820円。リーズナブル過ぎるんではないでしょうか。。東京より安いですね。これは賃料も違うから仕方が無いか。
２辛でもあんまり辛くないですね。ていうか、そのまま食べて丁度良い味。温泉玉子や酢を加えると、少し甘めです。
最後は残った汁にライスを投入して〆
美味しく頂きました。御馳走様でした。
