広島旅行で伺いました。
火曜日の11時30分。並びゼロです。
とりあえずデフォから
券売機で650円の汁なし担々麺
温泉玉子 60えん
ミニライス 30えん を購入。
すぐに、温泉玉子とライスが用意され
さらに1分くらいで着丼。はやっ
ネギと肉そぼろが乗っただけのシンプルなスタイル。
20回以上混ぜるそうです。
辛味が1番低いやつにしましたが、かなりピリっと
唐辛子の辛さが来ます。
温泉玉子でまろやかさ
卓上のお酢でさっぱり味変。
最後にライスを入れて完食。
ライスを入れるほど汁が残ってなかったのが残念w
芝麻醤もそんなに効いてないな。
広島1番との事で伺いましたが、想像は超えてこなかったかな
食べてお店の外でたら並びができてました。
地元では人気店なのがわかります！
