新大阪発 憧れの500系に乗り込み
広島に到着して 少し遅い昼食で
「くにまつ」さんに訪問しました。
汁なし担担麺3辛
温玉＋ハートランドを注文
爆速で提供された坦坦麺を
説明書に従って20回ほどかき混ぜて頂きます♪
ちょうど良い辛さと痺れ具合ですね
卓上には調味料が置いてあるけど
僕は 何も足さず頂きました♪
花椒と辣油の配合比が良いので
そのままで十分美味しいと思います。
温玉を添えるなら もう一段階
辛さを 上げて良かった気もするが
やはり 3辛がベストバランスなのでしょう
さっと食べて ほど良く痺れる
