笙幻そば 野菜天ぷら付き 1,820円
12時半頃訪問、この日はご飯ものが品切れということで、笙幻そば 野菜天ぷら付きをオーダー。
そばは、「更科」「田舎」の他、双方の魅力を味わえる独自の「笙幻（しょうげん）」の３種類があります。
笙幻そばは、見た目は更科と大差ないですが、弾力があり、より食感が良く、そば本来の香りと旨味を感じました。
そば自体はとても美味しかったのですが、少しお高めの印象を受けました。
次は昼御膳狙いで訪問したいと思います。
