父に教えてもらって以来、家族でハマっています。
単品で頼まれる方が多いようですが、私達母子は昼御膳一択です。
お蕎麦は更科蕎麦と田舎蕎麦、
玉子は玉子焼きと温泉玉子、
3つあるうちのおかずのひとつは天ぷらとにしん
から選べます。
私はいつも更科玉子焼きにしんと決めています。
(ときたま天ぷらになることもあります。（笑）)
お醤油しっかりめのおつゆにつるっと食感のお蕎麦、蕎麦の実ご飯と相性抜群のおかず達、お蕎麦用のわさびを乗せていただくと美味しさ倍増の玉子焼き、それらをすっきりと整えてくれるあっさりめのお汁。
何が美味しいって全体のバランスが非常に良いです。
蕎麦つゆはしっかりめの味なので蕎麦湯で薄めるとお出汁の美味しさが引き立つので、ついつい最後まで飲み切ってしまいます。
ずっと変わらずこの味を楽しんでいきたいです。
