中区八丁堀にある一翔さんへ行ってきました。
お昼は日替わり（800円）のみの提供で席へ着くなり調理し始めます。ペイペイ使えます
ピッチャーはあるけど、お冷や手拭きが無いや。
結局料理と一緒に湯呑が入ってました。うーんこの先暑くなるし最初に欲しいかな
メインのハンバーグは豚で粘り気があり和風ソース含め美味しい。
小鉢の鶏大根は小さい鶏一切れと寂しいが芯まで味が染みてて温かいのも良い！
ご飯もツヤがありふっくらと柔らかく、だけでも食べれますね。卓上にふりかけあります
自分にはちょっと食べ足りないが、午後からの仕事を考えると丁度良いのかも。
