広島での勤務時代にお世話になったお好み焼き屋さんです。コロナの影響もあり、久しく行けておりませんでしたが、この度、久しぶりに行ってきました。
頼んだのは、肉玉そば+野菜ダブル。ビール。

私の中では、「野菜ダブル」は外せないのです。

「悟空」の特徴は、細麺！！！
とにかく麺が個性的なのです。
普通のお好み焼き屋さんの麺とは太さが違います。細麺がまた美味しいんですよ！！
広島市内でも細麺は滅多にお目にかかれません。
目の前で焼いてくれて、そのまま目の前の鉄板の上で食べる。このスタイルが広島のお好み焼きを美味しく食べる条件の一つだと思います。
これが良いんですよ！！
野菜ダブルだとしっかり食べた感じもしますのでオススメです。
細麺のため、薄く見えますが、野菜ダブルだとそんなことないんです。食べ進めると意外とボリュームあることに気づきます。
