広島の食べ友から何回も聞いていて気になっていた店です。
料理人がいなくなり、現在は簡単な料理しか出せないということで、今回はカフェとしての利用です。
まだ暑い時期だったので、シェケラート（通称パピコ （笑））
エスプレッソと牛乳と甘味をシェーカーでシェイクして作るようです。
もともとのエスプレッソの深みが凄くて、感動的です。
続いてエスプレッソ
豆やエスプレッソマシンにこだわっていて、とにかく深みがある味で癖になります。
世界大会にも出たことのある、店主の宮西さんの色々なこだわりを聞きながら、最高の夕べのひと時を過ごせました。
