階段を上がると、3席カウンター(時期的に仕切り有り)と鉄板付きの4人掛け座敷2卓有ります。
何も言わないと、カウンターは皿になりますが1人用の鉄板も有るようです。

いつものうどん肉玉。
和包丁で押し切ったキャベツを200°で蒸し、生麺は300°で一気に焼き、地鶏のふっくら有精卵は150°以下で柔らかく仕上げます。
ネギは、無農薬の自家製を朝採りしています。
美味しかったです。
久しぶりの皿でしたが鉄板でなくても美味しい、おそらく冷めても美味しいんでしょうね。
冷ますくらい遅い食べ方ではないので、ゆっくり噛まなきゃといつも反省しています。
