広島駅から歩いて10分ほどのビルの奥にひっそりと佇む隠れ家風のお店。
店内の雰囲気は、山小屋のような感じ。
キラキラした感じではないが、仕事仲間と語り合うにはとてもいい空間です。
今回、福岡と島根の仕事仲間と伺いました。
めちゃくちゃこだわったメニューがあるわけではないけど、若々しい店主自らが考えて手を入れているものが多そう。
付け出しで出た里芋ダンゴもダンゴの衣に片栗粉や小麦粉を使わずに米粉を使いカラッとした食感に仕上げていたり、ノドグロも刺身で出すところが多いけど、炙って余計な水分を飛ばして旨みを感じやすくしていたり、なかなかよく考えられているもんだなと感心してしまう。
初めて伺ったので、扉を開けて食事をするまでドキドキしたけど、気さくで丁寧な説明をしてくれる店主が作る料理をいただき、ホッと和みながら仕事仲間と楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
また伺いたいお店でした。
