今日は「 餃子家 龍 」の「 焼き餃子 」を紹介します。
こちらは新天地「 龍 」さんに次ぐ2号店で、昨年9月に開店しました。
仕事が終わり、帰宅前に寄りましたが時刻は16時半過ぎ。当日 第1番目の客になりました。
今日は味見程度なので、「 餃子1皿とビールを１杯 」だけ注文です。家に帰ると夕食を準備してくれているんです。
マイレビの「 れれれのおやじ 」さんは、いろんな種類を頂かれたようですね。
さて、ビールはキリンラガーで、中ジョッキーより少し小さめです。
特注ジョッキーで「 NO GYOZA NO LIFE！」と書かれています。
餃子ですが、1皿７個で 290円とお安い価格でした。
餃子は皮が薄くデリケート。具は豚肉、ニラ、キャベツで しっとりジューシー。
小皿と共に机上に用意されいる、ポン酢、辣油、味噌ダレを付けて頂きます。
皮が薄く、くっついているのを剥がすと ちぎれてしまうので２個同時に行くのもありかも。少し小ぶりです。
他の中華店では皮が厚くボリュウムのある餃子もあり食事としてはこれも有りなのですが、
こちらの餃子はビールやハイボールで頂く「 酒のお供 」的な餃子で、餃子専門店の味を楽しむことができました。
入り口のチラシに「 １８時までに入店で１０％OFF 」と書かれていましたが、今日はそのサービスがなかったようです。
それでも７７０円で頂けたので、満足して帰路につきました。
