餃子を食いたいな。
出来れば腹一杯。
で、食事券を携えて参りました龍さんへ。
コンビニの2Fに上がって、意外と広いフロアーが抜けてカウンターに。
1人飯は多いが、1人飲みは初めてじゃないかな?
昨日から寒く上着を着ている人も多いでしょうが、ハンガーとカゴが用意されています。
まずは、シーザーサラダ(春巻きの皮の帽子を乗せて)(レタスは熊野町産)。
そして、サンラータン(酢の酸味と唐辛子の辛味が特徴の餃子スープ)をすすります。
いよいよ、餃子です。
福山市のもち豚を使い、倉橋町の宝島ネギをたっぷりかけた葱まみれ餃子。
ラーメンほどは、感激しませんな。

安佐南区長楽寺のラーメン店めんめんも使ってますね。
米粉の青山椒掛け茹で餃子。
オツな味ですね。
味わって食べられます。
