I went to a Gyoza / Dumpling restaurant called "Ryu" in Hatchobori. I was looking for a place to have a party after going to a game on Sunday and found this restaurant that is open from 4pm. What's more, if you go before 5pm, beer is cheap and it's a good deal. The taste is average, but they have a variety of flavors of French fries that kids love, so it's a good place for a party.
