予約制で、3500円のランチコースをお願いしました。
卓上のカードに素材を記したメニューが書いてあって、サーブ時に説明があります。
カブと紅ズワイガニ

一皿目は、カブの中にカニの和えものを詰めたもの。
二皿目はスープのような見た目でしたが、海老にジュレ、クリームソースをかけ、生のカリフラワーを添えたもの。
魚料理はカリッと焼いたハマチに広島レモンとハーブのソース。パリパリに焼いた縮みほうれん草が添えられていました。
肉料理は柔らかく火入れした豚ロース。キャラメル状にした玉ねぎのソースとマッシュポテト添え。
デザートは小さなセルクルで焼いたふわふわの軽いスポンジのような生地に、紅マドンナを煮詰めたマーマレードのようなソースが入ったもの。焼きたてを型から出して、もみの木のハチミツのジェラートを乗せてくれました。
最後にドライフルーツとナッツたっぷりのシュトーレン。
海老やハマチはもう少し火が入っていない方が好みでしたが、全体にあっさりと優しい味なのにソースや食感がいろいろ楽しめて美味しかったです。自家製パンがとても美味しかったのも嬉しかった。
接客も暖かみがあってとても良い雰囲気でした。
今回はワインが飲めませんでしたが、料理に合わせて選んでくれるようなので飲めたら更に楽しめそうです。
