広島市中区の本通りアーケード街に面するビルのB1Fにある。
以前は、和民だったが、ワタミグループ全体のイメージ悪化で立ち行かなくなり、新ブランドのミライザカに鞍替えしたらしい（今となっては、ミライザカもワタミグループだと知らない者は少ないだろうけど）。
宴会による利用がメインなので、個室に分かれている区画が多く、広々としてはいない。
カウンター席もある。
注文はタブレットで行う。難解ではないが、微妙に使い辛い。
骨付モモ一本 グローブ焼きは、清流若どりを使った料理の1種。
その名の通り、若鶏の骨付きもも肉を、丸ごと焼き上げている。
提供の段階では、鉄板皿の上でジュージューと音を立てていた。一本丸ごとだが、店員がハサミで一口サイズにまで切り分けてくれる。大人数で食べられる様に、という配慮かららしい（あと、女性だとかぶりついて食べる、という事はし辛いからか）。
しっとり・柔らか・ジューシーな肉を、パンチのあるガーリックソースでいただく。
ボリュームがかなりある、との事だったが、確かにそれなりにあるものの、一人で食べ切れない程の量でもなかった。
店では、スマホでアンケートに答えるとアイスクリームをサービスするというので、答えようとしたが、文章入力が多くて面倒臭く、断念。
店員の接客姿勢についてアンケートで感想を求めるのは結構な事だが、「店員の接客には何ら問題は無いけど、このアンケートはとにかく煩わしく、それの方が問題」とコメントせざるを得ない様では意味が無い。
