Spicy Gyudon (Beef bowl) (850 yen) Visited for lunch. It was a little before the 12 o'clock peak time, so I sat down at the counter in a sparse and calming atmosphere, and ordered a spicy Gyudon (Beef bowl) from the lunch-only menu. After about 20 minutes, the restaurant was full, and by the time we finished eating, there was a line outside. When I regained my composure, the spicy Gyudon (Beef bowl) arrived. The set comes with miso soup, namul bean sprouts, and a raw egg, and the raw egg is immediately placed in the center of the bowl. The tangy, sweet and spicy flavor of the soy sauce permeates not only the beef but also the rice, and the garlic gives it a punch, giving it a rich, deep flavor that's insanely delicious. The rice is not just on the surface, but permeates deep inside, making it irresistible. The part of the beef is unknown, but the texture is hard and quite firm. It has quite a bit of a bite, but the sauce soaks in well, giving it a rich, rich flavor with a nice accent from the chopped green onions, and the mellowness of the raw egg is also delicious. All of the lunch menu items are reasonably priced, so it's no wonder there's a long line.
