"Is there love in that Gyoza / Dumpling? Yes!" A restaurant produced by Gyoza / Dumpling Club, a gathering of Gyoza / Dumpling lovers
The Story of Gyoza / Dumpling Club Once upon a time, there was a group of Gyoza / Dumpling lovers called Gyoza / Dumpling Club. They met once a month to hold a party on the theme of "how Gyoza / Dumpl |
Gyoza / Dumpling Taisho was introduced on TV by A-chan (former STU48 member Fujiwara Azusa). Speaking of bright red gourmet food, this is their specialty dish, Char's Red Ramen (820 yen including tax). This restaurant is only open for lunch on weekdays, so I had never had the chance to come here before, but I took a day off and entered Golden Week a day early, so I was able to stop by before my trip to Fukuoka. In the restaurant, there were various posters advertising this red Ramen (with illustrations of Char and Amuro, of course) and a poster for the meat miso Ramen that Yamaoka-san proposed in the manga Oishinbo. Now, the bowl arrives. Contrary to the bright red color, it has a refreshing sour taste. Is it lemon? However, it has a spiciness that hits the throat, which is apparently doubanjiang. The crunchy texture of the meat, kimchi, and sesame seeds added an accent to the dish. The noodles were thin. Apart from Ah-chan's corner, there have been TV coverage from other stations for quite some time now (there was a list of some of them posted in the shop, but I forgot to take a photo). I also talked a bit with the owner about the location shoot, and thank you for the meal. Anyway, I can finally go to Fukuoka!
