八丁堀の電停から歩いて2分位の所にあるお好み焼き屋さん。ランチタイムに伺い、肉玉そばイカ天のお好み焼きを頂きました。値段は1045円でした。
お好み焼きの焼き方としては普通ですが、あまり手をかけずにじっくりと焼き上げていきます。麺も同様で、生麺を茹でてしようしますが、鉄板の上で整型してラードを加えたらこちらも時間をかけてゆっくりと焼き上げていきます。かなりパリパリになっているかと思いきや、そうでもなく麺の柔らかさも残っており、美味しいです。
キャベツの甘味も十分引き出せれていました。
