I visited Restaurants "Shimara Labis" in the Fukuya Hatchobori store in Naka-ku, Hiroshima City. As the name suggests, it is the second restaurant of the French restaurant "Shimalabo" in Hiroshima. It used to be the place where the Lassette Fukuya store was located. If the parking lot is designated by Fukuya, you will get a free discount for 2 hours. I heard that it was a restaurant that served Bistro food~, but I thought it was more of a normal French cuisine Restaurants. However, I think the volume is the best in Hiroshima. I asked for a lunch course. We worked hard to make it a 5000 yen course, but we thought that the 3500 yen course would be satisfactory enough. At this price, I thought that the full course with both fish and meat was very cost-effective. Appetizer: Pork pâté en croute raised on pasture on Shodoshima Island A long time ago, I saw it in a French cookbook and longed for "pâté en clute". I think this is the only restaurant in Hiroshima that will let you eat. The service that brings the uncut food to the table and shows it makes me feel like I'm at a French restaurant. As an appetizer, I could also choose tuna tartar salad. The soup came out, and I thought it was good that the restaurant was assertive in that it used bouillabaisse-style blue fish from the Seto Inland Sea. Salmon roe is also homemade. I think that the food at this restaurant is characterized by its essence of "Japanese" even though it is properly classic French cuisine. Meat Dishes 's stake and frites of Hiroshima beef were wonderful! As the name suggests, Shimalabis would like to serve "Bistro" kind of dishes, and I thought that this Steak & frites was exactly that. The beauty of the visuals has already knocked me out. What's more, the degree of perfection is insanely high! All the way down to the garnish. If you look at it as french fries, Brussels sprouts, and great stake frites, I thought it was one of the best in Hiroshima. I strongly thought that if you are going to advocate Bistro, you should do not only a course, but also a la carte. From the very beginning, I wanted to visit this stake frit. It was a little sad to start eating this stake frites after I was full. I wanted to eat when I was hungry. Handmade desserts are served, and even small sweets are served separately, which is like traditional French cuisine again, and it feels good. Also, one of the features of our shop is that the volume is amazing. Even a famous three-star restaurant in Kyoto has a Japanese Cuisine store that serves a great volume of food to "fill your stomach", but I guess it's the same thing. So I thought it would be especially suitable for young people. When I was younger, I used to think, "French food, I wish there was more portion," but here, even if you are in your teens and twenties, you can enjoy French cuisine until you are full.
