店内はコンパクト、それほど広い厨房ではありませんが、まとまりがあります カウンター6席、1階個室4席×2部屋、2階個室10席×1部屋の合計24席 席数が多く満席だと大変そうですね

"Kishin" is a 4-minute walk from the Hiroshima Electric Railway Hatchobori Electric Station. Opened in 2022, owner: Kensuke Ochi Starting with the Yoshicho Shinjuku store in Tokyo, he has trained at Kyoto Yoshicho and Hiroshima's cuisine and Tamano's Mitakiso in Hiroshima. It was originally a property where a Sushi shop was operating, and the exterior of the restaurant has ochre wood and bright green paint to create a calm atmosphere. The interior of the restaurant is compact, not very large, but cohesive. There are 6 counter seats, 4 private rooms on the first floor× 2 rooms, 10 private rooms on the 2nd floor× 1 room, and a total of 24 seats. It seems difficult when there are many seats and it is full. The owner is cheerful and friendly, and he answers politely about the ingredients. Even if it is a reasonable lunch, it is cooked with a lot of time and effort with good ingredients, and you will be interested in the evening course.
