This is a Japanese Cuisine restaurant located in Teppocho, Naka Ward, Hiroshima City. It is located a short walk north from Hiroden Hatchobori or Komachi Station. Both the interior and exterior look elegant and clean, and there are counter seats and private room seats. I made a reservation for the special basket gozen (2,970 yen including tax), which is only available for lunch. In conclusion, the soup stock in the soup bowl has a clean and beautiful taste, and each dish in the basket is carefully prepared and feels freshly made.It's so fulfilling that you can't believe it's only 2,970 yen. did! My favorite among the baskets was the grilled menuke. This made me want another one! There were also plenty of other things to see and enjoy, such as bamboo shoots that gave you a sense of the season, Simmered dish mako that wasn't mushy, and mozuku vinegar with a hint of ginger! The chawanmushi contained green seaweed, shallow seaweed, and rice cake. The meal comes with chirimen sansho, shiso leaf rice, pickles, and red soup stock, which perfectly complements the heartiness. The dessert is matcha pudding, and I love that it has strawberries in it. In an age when everything is rising in price, this content for the 2,000 yen range is truly satisfying! I was able to use T Points when making Tabelog reservations, and I could also use PayPay, Rakuten Pay, etc., so it was already a reasonable price, but it was even more of a bargain! I would like to visit again in a different season.
