代表的なメキシコ料理の一つ、ケサディーヤ。
自分は今まで食べ放題や自作でしか食べたことなかったんですが…^^;、少し前に某ファミレスで食べたら思いのほか美味しくて。
今回は繁華街に出たついでに、専門店に食べに行きました(^o^)
こちらは広島の八丁堀近くにある隠れ家っぽいメキシコ料理屋さん。
半地下で昼でも薄暗い、バーみたいな雰囲気のお店です。
南米系の店主さん（←たぶん）のワンオペで、ランチでも気軽にメキシコ料理やペルー料理等が戴けます。
それもド定番のタコスだけでなくケサディーヤやロモサルタード等、日本ではマイナーなものがあるのが良い！
ランチメニューはいろいろありましたが、全て税込990円均一。
今回は「牛肉のケサディーヤ」にしました。
このランチはケサディーヤの他に、サラダとスープとドリンクが付きます。
それでケサディーヤってのは、フラワートルティーヤ（小麦粉の柔らかいタコスの皮と同じ）で具材を挟み焼きにした料理です。
今回の具はタコミートとチーズ（と玉葱？）が挟まってます。
トルティーヤは端がカリッとなるまで香ばしく焼かれてて、具のチーズはトロトロに溶けてます。
タコミートもけっこうたっぷりだし、タコスみたいなスパイスの香りがとも良いですね。
これだけでも普通に塩気がありますが、2種類のソースも用意されてます。
片方はほんのりピリ辛で、それ以上にエスニックなスパイスの香りがガンガンに効いたもの。
もう一つは全然辛くなくて、玉葱たっぷりのほんのり甘酸っぱいもの。
つまりどちらもほとんど辛くないけど、店主に言えばタバスコでもくれたのかな？
ケサディーヤは4切れありましたが、ボリュームだとまあ普通の1人前くらいかな。
生地は薄いけどチーズたっぷりなので案外お腹にたまります。
あとサラダとスープ、アイスコーヒーも普通に美味しかったです。
これで価格をギリギリ1000円未満に抑えてるのは良いですね。
ってことで、なかなか楽しめたランチケサディーヤ。
やはり専門店のものはファミレスよりも、遥かに本格的で美味しいですね(^^)
