おはようございます。
美容鍼灸師kozueです。
先日、広島の流川 餃子センターに行ってきました。胡町では、人気の餃子屋さんです。
店内はカウンター席で、奥にも席があるようです。
メニューは、餃子だけでなく、中華のメニューもあるようで、焼飯なども人気みたいです。
この日は、生ビールと焼餃子を頼んでみました。
餃子は8個で500円とリーズナブルです。
餃子には、ネギが付いてきており、タレの作り方が書いてあります。
ネギをタレやラー油で味付けして、餃子が来るのを待ちます。餃子は小ぶりですが、皮がカリッとしていて素朴な味わいです。
そして餃子にネギで作ったタレをかけて頂きます。ラー油を多めにしたので、ピリッと辛めでネギの風味と餃子がよくあい、お酒が進みます。
餃子はリーズナブルで美味しかったです。
