2023.6.30 I returned to Hiroshima for the first time in a while, and I can't remember the last time I ate Ramen there. It may have been decades. In Tokyo, I only eat Jiro-style ramen, but Ramen at this restaurant, which I checked on Tabelog and got a high score, was also very delicious. I don't know what type of soup it is, but it was rich and delicious. I also ordered the bean sprout char siu, which is rare, and it was also delicious. I was very impressed by the unpretentious atmosphere of the shop and the bright and cheerful proprietress. I would like to visit again when I return to Hiroshima.
