Speaking of the famous Okonomiyaki in Hiroshima, there are several restaurant "Micchan", but I went to this one of the 100 famous stores. I went after 6 p.m. on a holiday, and it was the fifth group. I was able to enter the store in less than 20 minutes. I happened to have a vacant counter seat, so I was lucky! It's a wide iron plate, and it's fun to watch how many of them are made at the same time. I ordered ・ Special specialty yaki 1,180 yen (mochi, squid ten, udon, meat, egg) ・ Little spicy trio 1,000 yen (slightly spicy steamed soba noodles, crunchy chili pepper, string chili) Okonomiyaki The vegetables are thick, and the soft udon noodles are good in the mouth. The sauce has a sweet taste and a distinct taste. It was quite rich, so I mainly felt the taste of the sauce rather than the taste of the ingredients. It's a familiar classic and has a delicious taste!! The little spicy trio is limited in quantity! It's quite spicy because it is topped with plenty of chili peppers! It was addictive and delicious for spicy food lovers! The noodles are crispy and satisfying. It was unique here, and I was able to enjoy it.
