今回は「牛しょぶり焼き（蒸し麺）を注文！
1290円（牛しょぶり肉、ネギ）
生地、昆布粉、キャベツ、ガーリックパウダー、魚粉、天かす、モヤシと重ねます。
鉄板に牛しょぶり肉を投入して、その上に本体をひっくり返しながら重ねる。
（通常お好み焼きは、豚肉を重ねて、ラードを引いた所へひっくり返します。）
時折り軽く混ぜますが、ほぼ手を加えずにしばし蒸し焼き。
そばを鉄板に投入し、水を加えて解しながら軽く炒めたら丸く成形。
※蒸し麺は細め
そばと本体をドッキングさせたら、卵を丸く広げて程よく焼いて、ソース、ネギ、青のり、ゴマで仕上げ。
牛しょぶり肉の油から溢れる甘さと、元々のお好み焼きのあっさりさとで、甘く感じる1枚。
ともすれば肉肉しすぎそうになるところを、たっぷりネギが引き締めてくれるお好み焼きです。

平和大通りから薬研堀へと入っていくと、ほぼ入り口にあるという立地。
お好み焼きだけでなく、他のメニューも豊富。心地よい接客と、店員同士の息の合ったコンビネーションなどで、「今日は飲みにいくぞ！」と意気込んでも、「ここだけで今夜は充分だね」と満足してしまいそうになるお店です。
