お好み焼店を出てから、
餃子専門店を求めて歩き、
ようやく到着したのに、
【臨時休業】の看板！
仕方なく、餃子を求めて
近くのラーメン店を物色！
当店に入りました。
鼻をつく豚骨臭がたまりません。
店はカウンター席のみで
年配の店主一人です。
メニューから
・長浜ラーメン
・ねぎチャーシューメン
・チャーハン
・高菜
・餃子
をオーダーしました。
大量の注文に店主が戸惑って
いる中、
テーブル席にある1個50円
のゆで卵を食べながら待って
いると、餃子が登場。
焼くのが難しい一口餃子です。
ちょっと、皮が固くなって
しまっているのが残念です。
続く長浜ラーメン！スープは
豚骨の臭みが十分にとれて
いませんが、これぞ長浜！
ゴマと紅ショウガを足すと
旨いラーメンに生まれ変わります。
さらにチャーハン！こちらは
まさかの薄味！ただし、添えられた
高菜を混ぜると、それなりに
味変しました。
