I only asked for all-you-can-drink and ordered food a la carte. Being a meat kappo restaurant, there is a menu that uses various parts of beef, pork, and chicken, but to start, I ordered the stewed meat, six Grilled skewer, and grilled seseri with yuzu pepper, along with draft beer. The meat stew is simmered in a soy sauce-based sauce with a slightly sour taste, and has a soft and rich flavor, making it the perfect accompaniment to beer. There are 6 types of skewers: beef offal, seseri, pork belly, sunazuri, bonjiri, and chicken liver. All of them are delicious, but the plump and juicy offal and the soft and flavorful liver are outstanding. The seseri is also delicious with a tangy accent from the yuzu pepper. While drinking lots of beer, I ordered fried potato salad spring rolls, pickled cucumbers, ham cutlet, and tongue Steak all at once. The spring rolls, which are wrapped around potato salad and fried, have a good egg flavor and are rich and delicious. The ham cutlet is thick and very filling. While the rich and greasy dishes continue, the homemade pickled cucumbers will give your stomach a break. It has a nice salty taste and a crunchy texture. Along the way, I continued drinking while switching to lemon high, and finished stuffing my mouth with a small portion of thick, soft Cow tongue.
