薬研掘通りの少し南よりにある小ぢんまりしたお店。
以前から行きたかったのですが、なかなか機会が無く今回やっと訪問させて頂きました。店内はカウンターのみで6人〜7人ほどで満席です。注文はまず生中。餃子はプレーン、シソ入り、薄皮と3種全部一通り注文。焼き上がりまで少し時間もあるのでポテサラと煮込みを注文。少しでも一品メニューがあるのはありがたいですね(^^)ほどなく餃子が到着。まずはプレーン。餃子のタレで頂きます。噛んだ瞬間にバリッと割と大きめの音が！でも皮が薄いので全然重たくなくあっさりと具材の野菜の味が感じられうまし！！続いてシソ入り餃子（岩塩付き）が到着。こちらは少しだけ岩塩をつけてそのままパクッ！口に入れた瞬間に感じるシソの香りが口の中に広がって爽やか〜岩塩で食べるという食べ方が正解って感じ。ちなみにシソ入り餃子はニンニク入ってないので、そのあとも飲みに出てもOK。私個人はシソ入りが気に入ったのでもう一皿注文。大満足でした。また訪問させて頂きます。ごちそうさまでした♪
