今回は広島市中区流川町5-7 中田ビル1階にあります。
ぎょうざ屋さんへ。
まん延防止開けると、折角だからとはしごしますねｗ お好み焼きは明日の楽しみで
店内はカウンターのみで店主が1人、カウンター内でされています。ゲストは会話から馴染の知人客。
レモンサワーで乾杯！！
注文はプレーンの餃子 7個500円を2人前、シソいり5個500円を1人前。
注文を受けてから包みだされ、手際も非常にいいしこだわりも感じられ期待持てますね(^^♪
やはり焼きあがった餃子はパリパリで中からは存在感のあるジューシーな餡がいい。
一口サイズなので、更にアルコールも進みます♪
卓上の柚子胡椒やからし等もあるので思い思いの味変で楽しめますね。
