広島県広島市、広電市内線の胡町電停から8分くらい。
いろんなお店がひしめくエリアにある餃子屋さんというか餃子がメインの居酒屋さんという方が正確かもしれません。カウンターだけでほぼ皆さんお酒ものんでいる感じ。
ビールと餃子二枚注文しましたが、ここでも「高知感」を感じました。サクサクな皮とっこの形は安兵衛に似ています。
味はキャベツ主体であっさりしつつも美味い。塩で食べるのは前から自分ではやっていたのですが、塩が合う餃子もあることを再確認できてよかったです。
餃子loverのみなさんは広島訪問時、清ちゃん清ちゃんと共にこちらもお勧めです。
