明日東京へ戻るので、最後の夜。
目星を付けていた店ではないが、きたなシュラン的な魅力に引き寄せられて入ってみる。
金曜日祝日。カウンターのみ8席くらい。
ご夫婦で切盛りかな。

→これでも皮は薄めだけど、超薄皮のカリッと香ばしい軽さを味わってしまうと。。。
■超薄皮焼き￥550
→広島で安兵衛的な餃子を食べられるとは思っておらず、嬉しい発見でした。美味。

私はえびすの安兵衛の常連。超薄皮餃子にはちょっとうるさいww
安兵衛が東京の恵比寿でも￥440だからなぁ。
まぁエリア的に観光客向け価格なんだろうね。
