〆の一杯という訳でもありませんが久しぶりに寄ってみました。
「和田党」 随分と気合が入った名前ですな。
呉の某バーのマスターが「広島にぶちウマイ豚骨ラーメンの店が出来たけぇ～行ってみんさいやぁ」と力説するのでどんなものかと食べに来たのが５年前くらいのことです。
私自身は豚骨ラーメンフェチではありませんのでそれほど感動したわけではありませんでしたけどね(￣▽￣;)
まぁ懐かしさもあったので何気なく入店しました。
注文したのはアグー豚ラーメン（７５０円）とおにぎり（１００円）１個。
泡立つ豚骨スープですな。 以前福岡で食べた博多一双 祇園店ほどではありませんが前回食べた時よりも美味しく感じました。
泡立つスープに慣れてきたのでしょうか(￣▽￣;)
クリーミーですがそれほどコッテリした感じも無く飲みやすいスープです。 塩気も麺の硬さも丁度よかった。
店長は随分と若いオネーサンでした。
「この店の店長みんなすぐ辞めちゃうで私がやってるんですよ～」と屈託のない笑顔でした(*￣∀￣)
