Saturday evening. I ordered only all-you-can-drink and made a reservation. The all-you-can-drink menu includes cocktails, wine, and draft beer for 120 minutes and costs 2,000 yen per person. Ordered roasted lobster for 2,380 yen, milt Ajillo, salami, scallop and salmon roe potato salad, etc. It looks like you order by scanning a QR code and using your smartphone. Arrived soon. All of the menu items looked delicious, but both the lobster and the milt Ajillo had a fishy smell and were not good, perhaps due to poor preparation or a technical problem with the cooking. Hmm…. I guess I expected too much. In particular, the lobsters are quite small. One fish for 2,380 yen is certainly a bargain these days with prices rising, but this one doesn't weigh 300g, does it? The grilled 500g of live lobster I ate in Kagawa four years ago was 5 yen/g, so I'm going to compare it. That store no longer exists, though. If prices had increased by 40% since then, it would have been around 7 yen/g. It might not be super cheap, but it might be reasonable. It seems that eating raw lobster is not recommended, so it may be a problem of pasteurization. It was my first visit, so maybe I wasn't lucky, and I look forward to the next time. The scallop and salmon roe potato salad was delicious and I highly recommend it. I think salmon roe is salmon roe, not small trout roe. perhaps…. Having shochu mixed with hot water as the only option for a hot drink on a really cold day is psychologically negative. This is not the store's fault, but a problem of my choice and timing. It was also quite cold inside the store. So I left the store earlier than planned. It's a restaurant with a stylish menu, polite and fashionable staff, and nice fixtures and place, so I hope they put a little more effort into their cooking! I had a very hopeful feeling.
