I was on the go for a late dinner and was wondering what to do, so I googled and found this place and rushed in. It was around 9 o'clock. The result was a delicious dish with a mix of Japanese flavors. I ordered white wine and Western-style oden with chicken liver and daikon radish, among other things. We'll see how it goes, including the volume. First of all, the wine that was served, even the cheapest one, was delicious enough. Next, try the chicken liver pate, which has a soft and creamy texture. This is amazing. Use thinly sliced baguette instead of chopsticks. Next was Western-style radish oden with porcini flavor. I ordered it because I was intrigued by the name alone, but since it also has cheese, the cream sauce was really good, so I replaced the baguette and ate it all. For the final dish, I chose sautéed celery and leafy vegetables with yuzu and pepper flavor. I chose this because I was interested in challenging combinations. When you eat it, the aftertaste of yuzu and pepper is stronger than expected, making it a dish that has been localized to a Japanese style. It was delicious, but I think it was a little out of the zone since the first two dishes were a real hit with Western Cuisine. It was a feast. If there is a next time, I would like to try various other menu items.
