A restaurant where you can enjoy aged Kuroge Wagyu beef over charcoal. I ordered a 7,000 yen course that included all-you-can-drink. A large set course that includes appetizers, salads, 13 different meat parts, rice to finish, and even dessert. Start with an assortment of 4 types of yukke. In addition to how to eat basil and foamy wasabi soy sauce, liver is also included. Suddenly exquisite. Next is loin and tongue. The loin is melt-in-your-mouth soft, and the thick-sliced special tongue has a different kind of softness that makes it satisfying to eat. As for the hormone-based dishes, they are very particular about the lineup of top minced meat, beef heart, and shimachō, and all of them are delicious. We received misuji, kai-no-mi, zabuton, shinshin, and strawberry as rare cuts, and all of them were delicious in terms of tenderness, fat, and flavor of the meat. What is surprising is the special salted skirt steak. The staff will grill the meat one side at a time in front of you, then cut it and serve it to you. Crispy on the outside, rare and soft on the inside, and extremely delicious when eaten with rock salt. Koune's grilled shabu is eaten Sukiyaki style with raw eggs. The fat melts sweetly and mellowly, giving it the best taste. It's breathtakingly delicious. To finish off your meal, the staff will prepare the curry right in front of you. Place the rice and curry in a hot bowl, add the raw eggs and stir until browned. Although it is sweet, it has a spiciness from the spices and is fragrant and exquisite. For dessert, the course ends with Setouchi lemon Gelato. I was full and very satisfied.
