Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) Bonro is a 5-minute walk from Hiroshima Electric Railway Hatchobori Station. Opened in 2016, we have a staff of two: the owner and one female staff member. The store is located on the second floor of a building and has a very unique exterior with a highly designed metal sliding door. The interior is dimly lit, the counter has a stylish design, and the atmosphere is exactly the type of restaurant you would use on a date. There are 11 seats in total, including 4 counter seats, 3 royal counter seats, and 4 VIP semi-private table seats x 1 table. The chicken used here is Hiroshima Red Chicken. Hiroshima Akadori is a French free-range chicken, Redbro, raised under certified free-range chicken conditions. There are three conditions for certification as free-range chicken: (1) The breeding period must be at least 80 days from the day of hatching (2) The breeding method must be free-range (after 28 days of age) (3) The breeding density must be 10 chickens/m2 or less (after 28 days of age) It seems that there are. However, since Jidori chicken requires at least 51% of its pedigree to be from breeds endemic to Japan (including chickens from overseas that were introduced in the Meiji era), Hiroshima Akadori cannot be considered Jidori. The bill is 5,820 yen including the same-day selection course (5,000 yen including tax) and alcohol. Dishes (5,000 yen including tax) ① Pickles (radish, cucumber) ② Belly (Hiroshima red chicken from Hiroshima prefecture) [Plum sauce] ③ Zucchini ④ Sesseri (Hiroshima red chicken from Hiroshima prefecture) [Salt] ⑤ Yagen cartilage (Hiroshima Red Chicken from Hiroshima Prefecture) [Salt] ⑥ Grilled cheese (Scamorza Afmicata from Italy) ⑦ Outside of chicken dish (Hiroshima Red Chicken from Hiroshima Prefecture) [Salt, pepper, spices] Burnt ⑧ Avocado [Salt]《 Forgot to take a photo》 ⑨ Various cherry tomatoes pickled in black vinegar ⑩ Hatsu (from Hiroshima Prefecture, Hiroshima Red Chicken) [Salt] ⑪ Lemon soup with chicken stock Alcohol ① Suntory Premium Malts (draft beer, Suntory) (820 yen including tax) Since we use Hiroshima Red Chicken, it has better fat quality and is less sticky than a white broiler (a cross between a white Plymouth Rock female (American breed) and a white Cornish male (British breed)). I feel that the flavor is weaker than that of I wonder if the overall appeal of enjoying Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) in a stylish atmosphere is more appealing than the taste of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). The avocado, which I forgot to take a photo of, became more flavorful as it was grilled, and combined with its creamy texture, it was the most memorable dish of the day. It was a feast.
