流川通りにある明け方まで開いているステーキのお店です。
同伴の方も多く開店からの時間と遅い時間が込み合う事の多いお店の様です。
この日はお肉が食べたい気分だったので初めから肉料理を注文です。
食べたもの
・特製牛すじ煮込み
国産牛肉を使っているというこちらは量は少なめですが肉に旨みと甘みがあってすごくおいしいです。
・ニューカルネステーキ
迷ったのですが初めてなので下からという事と店名がついているのでこちらにしました。
ステーキソース・わさび・ガーリックチップ・塩昆布・ヒマラヤ塩と多彩な味付けで食べられるところがなかなか面白いし、色んな味を楽しめていいですね。
お店の方によると一押しは赤身肉のステーキだったようです、次回はこちらにしようと思います。
・特選牛 ビーフハンバーグ
まだ食べられそうだったのでこちらをお願いしました。
脂感の少ないあっさりしたハンバーグで、デミグラスソースもあっさりしているタイプです。
