流川通り沿いにある「鍋焼らうめん ひさし 胡子店」でお昼を食べることにしました。
こちらのお店は午前11:00～7:00までの営業です。
・ランチサービスの「ミニカレーセット 850円」
鍋焼きらうめん＋ミニカレー
前回食べたこちらにしました。
定番の鍋焼きらうめん
具は青菜・チャーシュー・煮卵・大根おろしと別皿で青ねぎが出されます。
一番の特徴は何といっても大根おろしが使われている事です、初めて食べた当時はインパクトありました。
途中で大根おろしをスープにしっかりと混ぜ合わせるとこのスープがマイルドになり少し和風っぽく変化します。
ミニカレー
味付けする前のラーメン用のスープを使った牛すじカレーだそうです。
家庭的な味寄りですがそこはやっぱり一味違います。
ルーはほんの少しスパイシーであっさりしたコクがあります。
牛すじはトロトロに煮込まれていておいしいです。
ほとんどのお客さんが「ミニカレーセット」を注文していました。
個人的にはお昼は「ミニカレーセット」で決まりだと思います。
女性限定の鍋焼きらうめんがミニサイズの「ミニラーメンセット 500円」もあります。
