``Yushoku Teishi'' is located on the 4th floor of a building that is a 3-minute walk from the Hiroshima Electric Railway Komachi tram stop. Opening in 2021, the store is staffed by a husband and wife team. The interior restaurant looks like a bar. Total of 20 seats: 2 counter seats, 4 tables x 2 tables, and 5 sofa seats x 2 tables. I visited there during lunch time because there was a sign for the daily set menu on the first floor of the building. Choose (B) Chicken cutlet with vegetable bean paste from the 4 types of today's lunch menu. Chicken cutlet with vegetable bean paste (800 yen including tax) ① Chicken cutlet (curry flavor) with vegetable (onion & carrot, tinsel egg and broccoli) with bean paste ② Vegetable salad ③ Boiled bamboo shoots ④ Cold tofu topped with miso ⑤ Pickles ⑥ White rice ⑦ Miso soup is naturally made with bean paste, but the flavor is a bit strong. The rice will progress accordingly. It's perfect for an office worker's lunch. It was a feast.
