最近深夜から翌朝まで営業するお店が増えてますね。
夕食を食べた後お腹にラーメン１杯分の空きがあったので食べることにしました。
尾道ラーメンの特徴の背油が前面に出ているラーメン、背脂効果で最後まで熱々で食べることが出来ます。
こだわりの麺は本場尾道の老舗「井上製麺所」の平打ち中細麺でおいしい、スープもよく絡みます。
薄切りの大きな自家製チャーシューはしっかりとした味付けでおいしいです。
