GWの中日。
広島の流川町あたりをふらつきながら、「入れますか？」「今日は満席です」の応対を何度か繰り返していたところ。
こちらのお店には「本日は混雑していてお料理の提供が遅くなりますがよろしいですか？」と対応してもらい、ご案内してもらいました。
おまかせの串というメニューがあり。
こちらがオーダーストップするまで、大将が見繕って串揚げをしてくれるもの。
苦手なものが何も無いのでこちらをオーダー。
何が出てくるのか分からないのってワクワクしますね！
季節を感じられるたけのこはシャキッとした食感がとても良かったです。
ふろふき大根の串揚げには野菜が添えられていて、美味しさが増しました。
何よりお通しの野菜の盛り合わせがかなりボリュームがあってお得です！
ポテトサラダもかなり美味でした。
こちらの方でしか食べられないがんすも美味しくいただきました！
すべての料理を大将が一人で作っているので、やはり料理の提供時間はゆっくり目でした。ただし味は本当に良いので、週末とかであれば時間にある程度ゆとりのある方なら良いのかなぁと。
とてもおいしかったです。
