仕事帰りのある日、突然お肉が食べたくなって最近BMしたこちらへ伺いました。飲み屋のビルの１階で、通りに面してないのでご存じない方も多いでしょう。
カウンターが８席とテーブルが２卓。いかにも鉄板焼き屋さんらしい店構えで、雰囲気は悪くないと思います。
オープンから二十数年経つそうで、オーナーシェフは壮年の女性。もう一人若い男性のシェフもいらっしゃいます。
本日は13,000円のコースをお願いしました。
前菜５種盛り
ジャガイモとかぼちゃのスープ
アワビのバター醤油焼き
アユを青シソで覆って焼いたもの、骨せんべい
フォアグラソテー
泉州茄子とちりめんのサラダ
広島牛のフィレステーキ120ｇ
ガーリックライス、味噌汁、香の物
デザート（塩アイス、クレームブリュレ、桃のゼリー、メロン）
随分と豪華な内容でした＾＾料理はかなり美味しいです。前菜からその傾向は見て取れましたし、素材も良くて大変工夫された料理ですね。
お肉が美味しいのはもちろんなんですが、前菜の各種や、フォアグラのソース、付け合せの野菜など、細かい所まで抜かりなく美味しかったのもポイント高いです。
良いお店とそうでないお店の境界って、そういうところなんじゃないかと個人的には思っています。
お値段は張りますが、それに見合う十分な内容でした。
