以前から気になっていた焼肉店「ほんまもん 広島胡町店」に行ってみた。
当日、いきなり思いだして行ったので予約はしていません。
もしもダメだったら、すぐそばの牛丼でも食べようと思っていた。
車をコインパーキングに止めてから店に向かう。
店内に入ると壁にサインが一杯だ、メジャーリーガーの大谷選手の写真もあった。
店員さんから予約の有無を聞かれ、していないと言うと３階に上がってくださいとのこと。
階段で３階まで上がるとガラスのドアがあり、開けると店員さんがいた。
土禁なので、靴を脱いでお上がりくださいと言われて、靴を脱いで、室内の下駄箱に靴を入れる。
３階にテーブル席が５卓あり、掘りごたつ風の席なので足が楽です。
おしぼりとウーロン茶が出された、水ではなくウーロン茶なのが嬉しいですね。
ランチメニューを見て特選スペシャル定食２４００円を注文。
嫁はカルビ定食１５００円を注文です。
注文時にご飯のサイズを大・中・小から選ぶことができます。
自分が大で、嫁が小を選びましたが、そんなに大差はない感じです。
８分ぐらいで注文したものが揃う。
肉は食べなくても見ただけで美味しいとわかる。
これは絶対美味しい肉だ、鮮度の良い。
特選スペシャル定食の肉は特選上カルビとサガリと上ホルモンの３種類です。
カルビ定食はカルビと上ホルモンの２種類です。
特選上カルビは柔らかく甘い脂が口内で溢れる。
旨味も強めの肉でタレとの相性も良くとても美味しい肉でした。
サガリも柔らかく肉質が良く美味いです。
上ホルモンは脂身がたっぷりあり、コリコリとした食感も心地良かった。
普段、ホルモンでご飯を食べることは滅多にないのですが、こちらの上ホルモンはご飯が進みます。
かなりレベルの高い美味しい肉が３種類も食べることができる特選スペシャル定食は２４００円以上の価値と満足度があります。
嫁のカルビと特選上カルビをトレードしたのですが、カルビは赤身のあっさりとした美味しさで食べやすい。
量を食べるのであればカルビですね、何枚でもイケそうです。
サンチェがあるので肉を巻いて食べるも良かった。
キムチは酸味が控えめで辛さが丁度良く食べやすかった。
豆腐、スープはまずまずでした。
ハズレが無く雰囲気の良い焼肉店でした。
また何度も食べに行きたいと思います。
今度はちゃんと予約して行きたいと思います。
