友人から広島出張のついでに是非行こうと
言われていたお店へ伺いました。
こちらはイノシシ料理がメインとなります。
私の記憶の中でイノシシを食べた記憶は
数えるほどないです。
その中でやっぱりそこまで美味しいと思った
事はなかったように思います。
今回はイノシシのみという事で少し心配になりながら
の来店になりました。
まずはイノシシのユッケから、これが鮮度よくて
臭みもんくて美味しいです。
そのあともしゃぶしゃぶなど食べましたが、
臭みは全くなく、最後の〆まで楽しみました。
このお店に来れてイノシシに対する思いが
変わりました。
もし苦手な方でも一度は挑戦していただきたい
お店です。
