こちらの『元祖へんくつや薬研堀店』さんは、広島県広島市中区にあるお好み焼き屋さん。

今晩の〆ごはんを何にするか考えながら歩いていて、たまたまお店の前を通りかかって気になり食べログ検索。
同名のお好み焼き屋さんが、広島市を中心にヒットするが、本店のホームページにはこちらの薬研堀店さんは載っていない。
恐らく暖簾分けかフランチャイズなのかもしれない単独店さんのようです。
カウンターのみの年期が入ったお店で、ベテランの愛想の良いオヤジさんが焼かれています。
お好み焼き屋さんで注文するものはほぼ決まっているので、いつものMY定番メニューを注文。
本日は〘肉玉チャンポン(そば1玉とうどん1玉)¥1,050〙をチョイス。
ベテランの手さばきで、キャベツの水分を念入りに絞り出しながら焼き上げていきます。
麺は、パリパリ系ではなくシットリ系。
味付けはしっかりしているので、そのまま最後までの食べ切ります。
これが昔ながらの広島お好み焼きかぁ～と思う、他店とはちょっと異なる味でした。
美味しかったです。
