2〜3年ぶりにお伺いしました。
お店の門構えも変わってました。知らなった^^;
一品一品が丁寧です。
このお刺身は、この塩で。これはお醤油で。。笹組って感じですね。
自家製のカラスミも美味しかった〜。
蕎麦・・・こちらのお店で塩で蕎麦を食べると再認識します。
塩で食べる蕎麦は、蕎麦の香りが鼻から抜けるのがよく分かる。
うまい！
