かなり満足。器もきれいで、全体的に料理人のセンスが光る。デザートまでかなり完成度が高い。またぜひ行きたい。
惜しむらくは以下。
・折敷がガタガタする。これはよくない。
・コース途中で出たおそば、つゆもいただきたかったけれど、皿の形状では、口をつける感じではなく。
引き出しの中に、さじが入っていたのを後から思い出したが、あれを使うべきだった？ 一言案内があれば。
・締めのそばはとてもおいしかったが、お椀にスプーンを付けるのは変。しかも、かなり巨大でお椀に入らない。
せっかくの料理が、もったいないです。
